PRINCIPAL/DSA Inspector

Man Wah has been active in construction throughout Northern California for over 30 years. Formerly a General Contractor, Man Wah Cheng has been an active Class 1 DSA Inspector and broker for over a decade and a half.

DSA Inspector

Elvis, who was formerly a General Contractor in the Bay Area, has experience as the inspector for multiple multi-year jobs totaling over $100 million in budget throughout various school districts. He holds a Bachelor of Science at UC Davis’ school of Landscape Architecture.

DSA Inspector

Andrew conducts daily inspector duties from crafting field engineer reports to managing special inspections. He previously worked in asset management and construction management before becoming a DSA Inspector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts at UCLA’s school of Geography.
